What determines your fee

We price on the work involved. These are the factors that move it.

Business size and transaction volume
More entries, accounts and entities mean more work to reconcile and analyse.
Number of outlets, branches or entities
Each location or entity reported separately adds a layer of analysis.
Reporting complexity
Segment, product or channel reporting takes more effort than a single consolidated view.
Systems and data quality
Clean exports from POS and accounting software keep fees lower than manual or incomplete records.
Review frequency
Weekly or fortnightly reviews cost more than a monthly cycle.
Scope of support
Hands-on involvement in planning, banking and decisions is priced above reporting alone.

Commercial terms

The same terms apply to every client and are written into the engagement letter.

Onboarding
The first month usually includes a one-time setup: understanding your data, agreeing report formats, mapping your chart of accounts and building templates. Where this applies, the setup fee is quoted separately in the proposal.
Billing
Retainer packages are billed monthly in advance. Project work is billed on agreed milestones. All fees are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate.
Contract duration
Retainers typically start with a three-month initial term so reporting can settle into a reliable rhythm, then continue month to month with 30 days' notice. Exact terms are set out in the engagement letter.
Additional work
Work outside the agreed scope, such as a one-off model or an extra entity, is quoted before it starts. Nothing is billed without your approval.
Not included
Statutory audit, attest and certification services; legal advice; and tax filings or representation unless separately agreed with an eligible professional.
