Privacy policy

Through this website we collect only what you choose to send us:

• Enquiry forms: name, company or business name, email, phone number, city, industry, business size or outlet count, the service you are interested in, and the message you write.
• Optional details such as revenue range or the software you use, if you choose to provide them.
• Technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and spam prevention.
• Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies (see below).

When you become a client, we also process the business and financial records you share with us to deliver the agreed services. That processing is governed by your engagement letter as well as this policy.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
• To prepare a proposal and, if you engage us, to deliver the services.
• To keep records required by law, such as invoices and tax records.
• To understand which pages are useful, using aggregated analytics, if you have consented.
• To protect the website against spam and misuse.

We process enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and client data for the purpose of the engagement you have requested. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to abhishek@andadvisors.in. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and we may need to retain some records where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you, such as website hosting, email delivery and, if you consent, analytics. They process data on our instructions.
• Professionals and associates who help deliver an engagement you have agreed to, under confidentiality obligations. We tell you who is involved in your engagement.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Some service providers may process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on providers with appropriate security commitments and comply with any restrictions notified under Indian law.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as required by applicable law, including tax and accounting record-keeping requirements.

We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections to this website, access-controlled file sharing and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authority of a personal data breach as required by law.

The website works without cookies. If analytics is enabled, we ask for your permission before setting analytics cookies, and they are not set unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Correct, complete or update it.
• Erase it, where we are not required to keep it.
• Withdraw consent.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
